About us

We are Festivus Group, a small remote-first international team of about ten people, based in Amsterdam, with operations in Montreal, London and Split/Šibenik.

Our team brings decades of collective experience across backend and frontend web development, distributed and embedded software, and UX design. We are now transitioning from a consultancy to a product-focused company.

At the moment, our team consists entirely of developers: we don't have dedicated sales, design, or marketing teams (yet).

We're convinced a small, focused team with a clear vision can achieve remarkable things.

There are a couple of principles/rules we follow:

• Stay small, focused, independent & profitable.
• Treat every client as an enterprise client.
• Simplicity is a design goal.
• Usability first: function over form.
• Contribute 2% of profits to support open-source projects.
• Contribute 4% of profits to charitable organizations.
